Full-length of KP in LBD

I can't draw to save my life, but I am getting fairly dangerous editing existing images in Paint Shop Pro (Version 9.01). This full-length shot of KP in her LBD from "Emotion Sickness" is something I've never seen done anywhere (not that it hasn't; I've just never seen it) and I've been wanting to try doing it for at least a year. Nothing special technique-wise. I had a DVD-R second generation recording of the episode off digital cable, played it and grabbed the screens in Nero Showtime, then pasted the three screen captures as three separate images in Paint Shop Pro, brought them together on one enlarged canvas, aligned them and used the Clone tool to clean things up.
